1. Finish the Beta Book

Before the final book is ready I need to make sure everything works, so the Beta Book will be a small version of Galanthia Unrest, it will have all you need to know about each race for the first 3 levels along with all the starting classes, it will give you all you need to be able to play the game without giving to much of the main plot away.

2. Send Beta Book to 10 Content Creators for Play Testing

It's one thing to make sure that the rules of the game make sense to me, but it also needs to make sense to anyone else playing, so I need different groups of people with different levels of TTRPG experience to test it and make sure that Galanthia Unrest works well and is beginner-friendly.

3. Work on a special Collaboration

At the moment, I can't talk much about this, but I have plans with some other great people; more will be revealed leading up to the Kickstarter.

4. Film a One-Shot for YouTube

I want people to be able to see how a game is played and the things that make Galanthia Unrest different from other TTPRGs. The best way I can do that is by showing gameplay on my YouTube Channel.

5. LAUNCH THE KICKSTARTER

This is possibly the most daunting step, as this is where I have to sit back and watch to see if enough people like my TTRPG enough to put their faith and funds towards it. It is arguably the step that could make or break Galanthia Unrest. If the Kickstarter does not reach its goal, I will just pick myself up, work on some things, and try again, but knowing that I am willing to keep trying doesn't make this step any less scary.

6. Have artists complete the illustrations

I already have some artists ready and waiting for me to give the go-ahead when the funds are ready. One artist who has done a race illustration is happy to be doing the rest of the race and class images. The idea is to have a range of artists doing different illustrations, which is something I am very excited to see.

7. Send off to proofreaders and editors to finish the book

I imagine this will be one of the easier steps for me, as it will be a case of me letting someone else check the work and make it look good. That being said, I am rather possessive of this, so I might find that aspect hard. I guess we will find out.

8. PUBLISH GALANTHIA UNREST

Assuming all the other steps have gone well, then the moment that will tie it all together will be publishing. I have not yet decided if I am going to self-publish or go with a publisher; that is something I will be deciding in the next few months.

9. Launch Galanthia Unrest Merchandise

I have many ideas for different Merch that I would like to do, hoodies and hats, dice, of course, maps, character sheets, and so much more. This will depend on the success of the Galanthia Unrest game, but there are a few things that I definitely have in mind.

10. Continue to film Galanthia Unrest gameplay for YouTube.

When the game is fully out there for the world, I would very much like to keep doing regular videos showing off a campaign play-through with my friends, along with maybe some one-shots with some guest content creators.

Make Galanthia Grow

This is something I have been putting my heart and soul into for so long, I can't see myself stopping just because this book is complete, I plan to expand the word of Galanthia with some add ons, maybe make encounter cards for all the monsters, add new races and classes, the possibilities are endless, I can not wait to see how far this goes and I hope you will honour me by following me on this journey.
